Aqua Natal Yoga provides the optimal form of exercise during your pregnancy regardless of your level of fitness. We welcome everyone from 14 weeks until you are ready to give birth.
The power of the water has many benefits. The gravity-free environment will give you some much needed relief from the weight of your growing bump whilst allowing you to strengthen and tone your muscles with low impact but highly beneficial exercise. The support that the water provides will help to protect your joints from the jarring and knocking that may happen during land-based activities.
Our sessions allow you some precious time and space for you and your baby. We will help you to leave your worries and responsibilities at the door so you can relax and unwind in the safe and calm environment that our classes provide.
Meet other mums-to-be and enjoy a perfect mix of relaxation, breathing, strengthening, toning, stretching, positivity and fun in our lovely warm pools.
